Welcome to AmericanCross Staffing. These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the use of text messaging services provided by AmericanCross Staffing (“AmericanCross,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) through the AmericanCross mobile application and related services.

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive SMS messages, you agree to these Terms.

1. Program Description

AmericanCross Staffing provides a healthcare staffing platform connecting clinics and licensed therapists. SMS messages may be used to send important service-related notifications, including:

  • New staffing request alerts

  • Request acceptance notifications

  • Request decline notifications

  • Schedule reminders

  • Shift updates

  • Account-related alerts

  • Security or verification notifications

Messages are informational and operational in nature.
 

2. Consent to Receive Messages

By entering your mobile phone number during registration or within your profile settings, you consent to receive SMS messages from AmericanCross Staffing related to your account and use of the platform.

Consent is not a condition of purchase.

You may receive more messages during periods of active staffing requests or scheduling activity.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and wireless plan. AmericanCross Staffing is not responsible for carrier charges.
 

5. Opt-Out Instructions  
Reply STOP to cancel at any time. After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message.

7. Supported Carriers

Delivery is subject to your mobile carrier’s availability and service coverage. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
